- Mode operates without a backend. No content or metadata from your sessions is stored or transmitted by Mode.

- By connecting to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral), you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Mode is not responsible for the handling of data or services provided by these external platforms.
